Karla Wilson (31) and Jeremy Atkin-Smith (33) have taken their first step onto the property ladder and bought a brand new three bedroom home.

As Karla and Jeremy had been renting since they were 18, they were keen to own their own property and found the semi-detached Morpeth style home well suited to their needs.

“There is no way we could have bought the Morpeth without the government’s Help to Buy scheme, so we’re very happy that it has enabled us to buy our ideal home in the area we wanted too.”
