This Saturday (February 17th), David Wilson Homes is inviting homebuyers to take part in a very special Ed Sheeran themed celebration at an Open House event at its development The Avenue in Overstone.
With the singing sensation’s birthday being this Saturday, the leading developer is encouraging Northamptonshire house hunters to take part in an ‘Ed Hunt’, a competition to find a number of Ed Sheeran face masks hidden around its Manning show home.
This is also a great opportunity for visitors to view the new Ed Sheeran themed bedroom in the property. The room features the singer’s ‘X’ album cover and a guitar as part of the décor, as well as beautifully designed hand painted mural of Ed on the wall.
The ‘Ed Hunt’ will take place in the property at 1pm and all visitors at the Open House event are urged not to miss out on the fun of searching for their very own face mask to mark the star’s birthday.
Jackie Day, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “We wanted to find the perfect occasion to display our wonderful Ed Sheeran themed bedroom at The Avenue, and the ‘Ed Hunt’ is a great way to encourage visitors to join in the celebration of the singer’s birthday.
“We are looking forward to providing keen homebuyers and their families with a fun activity, in addition to information and guidance on making a move to the development.
“House hunters can leave the development with their very own Ed Sheeran face mask, ideal for remembering their visit to The Avenue or providing the perfect gift for their children and grandchildren.”
The Avenue currently has a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes available with prices starting from £284,995.
Located on the outskirts of Overstone, the development is host to a community of homes divided by a beautiful tree-lined street, offering nearby countryside retreats and Northampton’s excellent entertainment facilities.
Working professionals are able to benefit from fantastic commuter links with the M1 and A43 close by, and Northampton train station offering convenient access to London Euston.
