L&Q is launching the next phase of 20 two and three bedroom Shared Ownership houses at Willow Grove, part of a major new development for Bedfordshire – Wixams.

L&Q is due to launch 22 Shared Ownership apartments at New Stratford Works on Saturday 22nd February, offering buyers an opportunity to get on the property ladder in the heart of Stratford’s post-Olympics regeneration area.
 

South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee this week approved plans for Inholm, a contemporary Fenland village and the second phase of Cambridgeshire’s new town, Northstowe.

Kent homebuyers are snapping up 14 new homes built by mhs in Cliffe. The homes group aims to build a total of 600 new homes by 2021, of which at least 85% will be affordable. Some of the homes are being sold via the shared ownership route.
